Finishes

At E. A. Clore Sons we offer a broad selection of handmade furniture and chairs produced by local craftsmen.
Much of the Oak, Walnut, and Cherry used is locally harvested, air seasoned, and kiln dried to produce pieces of the highest quality. All of the Mahogany used must be imported as it is not found domestically.
All pieces are finished using a hand-rubbed Lacquer finish which resists most normal household hazards, such as water and other beverages.
We have eight standard finish colors to choose from, and many special finishes can be matched for an additional charge. Shown below are samples of our standard finishes. Please note that large variations in color are possible due to monitor settings. Free wood chip samples are available upon request.
