E. A. Clore values its customers and fully respects your privacy. We do not share your email address or other information with any other company or person. 

 

RETURN POLICY

At E. A. Clore, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products, and our attention to materials, design, safety and quality construction. We carefully inspect your order prior to delivery or shipment. We will credit all eligible returns provided you return them to us within 14 days of receipt. All items must be unused, in their original packaging or unharmed. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. If you believe you have received an item in error, or your item was defective or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can assist you.

 

*Slight variations in wood finish colors might be possible; please contact us with any concerns or questions.

 

 

SHIPPING INFO

All of our furniture is sold directly from our factory. We ship throughout the United States using a variety of methods. Many of our pieces are delivered using our own trucks and drivers, ensuring your purchases arrive safely. Our shipping and processing arrival times vary depending on size, weight and location. All other E. A. Clore items are delivered by UPS at regular shipping and processing fees. We ship most orders from our factory via standard service and items generally 3 to 7 days upon receipt of order. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 1 to 2 weeks for delivery to Canada. If smaller items are ordered with large pieces of furniture, these smaller UPS deliveries might arrive separately. We do not charge your credit card until your items have shipped.
